Belt and Road Initiative: State of Art

The event is organized by the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, in collaboration with the University of Genoa, the University of Trieste and the University of Insubria in the context of the PRIN (Research Projects of National Interest) on the “Belt and Road Initiative”. Prof. Stefano Zunarelli, Full Professor of Transport Law at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna and Principal Investigator of the PRIN project, and Prof. Yuan Dujuan, Lecturer and Associate Professor at the School of Law of Shanghai University, will discuss the state of art of the Belt and Road Initiative, with a focus on the current opportunities and developments of the New Silk Road in light of the recent events.
