H-WORK Final Event

The EU-funded H-WORK project intends to create, apply and test a multi-level estimation and intervention instrument aiming to promote mental health in public organisations and SMEs. This event will present the findings, innovative tools for assessing needs and the protocols for realistic evaluation of interventions used in the test sites. The final version of the Innovation Platform, a crucial project outcome, will additionally be presented. The platform guides and assists key stakeholders – including employers, managers, SMEs and HR professionals – in assessing needs and selecting, implementing, and evaluating interventions to promote mental health in the workplace.
