Presence, balance, movement; trust, community and play: this are the keywords of the cycle of three somatic outdoor seminars, organized in the frame of to second cycle degree programme "Wellness, Sport and Health", to explore new ways of moving, landing and feeling, guided by experienced somatic educators coming from different fields, from community dance to acrobatics through Body-mind centering®.
