In the framework of the DIN-ECO project, to increase awareness of research commercialization, the consortium has developed material and adopted best practices to design specialized training seminars for academics and non-academics. The aim is to acquire the basic knowledge and skills related to innovation, the exploitation of research results, the protection of intellectual property, and the establishment of spin-offs. A series of seminars was designed by for training, along with coaching sessions, to be delivered to academics and non-academics. After the successful implementation of the first cycle of seminars during December 2023, the second cycle of seminars, between the 22 and 30 April, will focus on Research Commercialization Strategies, Effective Communication and negotiation skills, Intellectual property and licensing, and Building successful industry-academia partnerships.
